Q: Do we take Insurance?
A: We seek to help families minimize out of pocket costs, and provide monthly invoices with billable codes, however it is the parents responsibility to submit the claim for insurance reimbursement.
Q: What options do we have for service locations?
A: Currently, all services are provided within your home or in a school environment.
Q: Do we provide group sessions?
A: Yes. Sessions range from individual to groups depending on your child's strengths and weaknesses, as well as his or her current goals. Group session are a nice way to help your child generalize the skills learned on an individual basis and a great way to begin to apply his or her learned skill with peers in a safe and controlled environment.
Q: What is our cancellation policy?
A: We ask parents and/or caregivers to inform us at their earliest convenience if a child will be unable to make a treatment session. Any session cancelled after 7 pm the prior day is subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that children get sick, and ask if they are sick that you cancel to keep others from getting sick. We try our best to reschedule when possible, however due to limited availability, we can not guarantee a makeup.
